Multi-Pet Bundles & Small Animal Care
Every home is unique. If you have both cats and dogs, combined bundle pricing is available based on your pets' specific care needs and routines. We will review your household schedule and agree on a clear combination rate during our complimentary Meet & Greet.
Due to standard professional liability exclusions, reptiles are excluded from standard coverage. For animals other than cats and dogs, please contact me directly to discuss.

The Meet & Greet Baseline
Before our first scheduled visit, we meet together at your home. I observe and document what is typical for your pet—their feeding schedule, favorite sleeping spots, bathroom habits, energy levels, temperament, and personal quirks.
Attentive In-Visit Care
During the visit, I follow your exact household instructions, administer scheduled medications, provide fresh water and meals, and spend time connecting with your pet to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.
Detailed Visit Report & Photos
After every check-in, you receive a complete update detailing food consumption, water intake, potty/litter output, mood, energy, and photos so you can see their happy faces firsthand.

Payment Terms & Deadlines ▼
Regular Bookings: Payment is due in full seven (7) days prior to the first scheduled visit.
Holiday Bookings: Payment is due in full at the time of booking confirmation.
Accepted Methods: Venmo, Cash, Personal Check, and other approved electronic payment methods.
Holiday Surcharge Schedule ($10 / visit) ▼
A $10 holiday surcharge per visit applies during the following high-demand holiday windows:
- New Year's Eve & New Year's Day: December 31 & January 1
- Memorial Day Weekend: Saturday through Monday
- Independence Day: July 4
- Labor Day Weekend: Saturday through Monday
- Thanksgiving Holiday: Wednesday through Sunday
- Christmas Period: December 24, 25, and 26
Cancellation & Refund Policy ▼
Standard Bookings:
- More than 48 hours before the first visit: 100% full refund
- 24 to 48 hours before the first visit: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before the first visit: No refund
Holiday Bookings:
- More than 7 days before the first visit: 100% full refund
- Less than 7 days but more than 72 hours: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours before the first visit: No refund
Once services have begun, refunds cannot be issued for unused or canceled visits.
Initial Complimentary Meet & Greet Requirement ▼
An initial complimentary meet-and-greet is required for all new clients prior to your first service booking. This allows us to review your home access, verify pet routines and medications, and ensure everyone is fully comfortable before reservations begin.
